Meet your therapist:
Paige Gee, Marriage and Family Therapist
Welcome! I am so glad that you are taking the first steps to investing in your mental health. I know this process can be daunting, but you don’t have to take these next steps alone. My goal as a marriage and family therapist is to create a warm, authentic, and inviting environment, to uplift and empower you, and to provide you with the tools you need to meet your goals.
I use a mixture of experiential family therapy, internal family systems therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy in my inclusive approach. I have a passion for working with individuals with low self-esteem, individuals who have experienced trauma, and couples who struggle with fostering intimacy in their relationship.
Whether you are struggling with feelings of worthlessness, anxiety, depression, irritability, or disconnection – I believe you already have the ability to become the strongest version of yourself within. Together we can nurture the parts of you that need healing so you can flourish into the version of you that you’ve always hoped to be.

Meet your co-therapist:
Blu Boy
Incredibly handsome, reasonably good breath, certified good boy (most of the time) – all expectations you can have when you meet Blu – our practice puppy. While Blu has limited intervention skills, he did complete two years of the Converse University Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy program. What he lacks in therapy know-how, he makes up for in cuddle rating, nose licking, and end of session deescalation.
Blu is excited to meet you wherever you are on your journey to healing. Reach out today for more information!
